Overview

Medi Connect is a comprehensive healthcare web platform designed to support hospital operations including patient management, laboratory results, pharmacy billing, and dashboards for healthcare professionals.

Challenge

Designing for healthcare requires balancing information density with clarity. Clinical staff need fast access to critical data while maintaining zero tolerance for error-prone interfaces.

Approach

I led the end-to-end UI/UX design from research through to implementation. I applied WCAG accessibility standards throughout, created a modular design system in Figma, and worked collaboratively with backend developers during the handoff and implementation phases.

Outcome

A fully responsive, accessible web application built with React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite. The platform serves as the official Medi Connect product and supports multi-role access across clinical departments.
